Whirlpool Lowes 3rd Time Washer been broken will not replace. Been without our washer for a month keep fixing parts over and over. Service Calls keep getting changed, cancelled, they lie about the times they have scheduled them. No one will listen, just want to get a new washer but keep being told nothing isn't fixable. Have spent triple on parts than what have paid for washer. Supposed to purchase extended service coverage by tonight, after reading all of your entries, I refuse. I will take the loss and will never purchase from a Box Store again , nor will it be a Whirlpool. Schenectady New York
Bought our Whirlpool in March had it serviced in the summer, something minor.
This time my Washer has been out of commission for a month, they keep replacing parts over and over. Triple the amount in parts than what the washer is worth.
Now have another appt on Mon.
Appts, they keep getting cancelled or the service guy just doesn't show up.
Call to see whats going on and get told you either didn't have an appt or your appt was from 8-5, but they can't make it so how about next week ? Are these people freaken crazy?

Whirlpool you suck!! Right along with Lowes, Sears and A&E
