Purchased this refigerator in January, 2019. Within 2 days, The entire bottom freezer froze shut. Repairman said the factory had not connected the water line to the ice maker. Water was just gushing into the ice maker when the ice maker tried to make ice. When the freezer thawed, after two days of turning off the unit, the ice bin was one complete block of ice.

About a week later, ice started forming around the seal near the bottom freezer door. The bottom freezer door would not close. The light switch was frozen in the off position. Next, the seal around the door was steamed and replaced.  That did not work.

Ice was still forming around the bottom freezer door, repairman replaced the seal. Now, March 13, 2019, the ice maker does NOT work. Repairman called, and this will be the fifth time we have had the rerigerator repaired in 3 months.
