I brougth cabrio washer model wtw6400sw do not buyputs clothing in knots. Want a lawyer to file class action suit forall customers having same issue so we allcan get a good replacement washer. I was told it is the way I wash cloths tried everyway in the bookper whirlpool techs ways Scottt and others to many to list. They are full of it point blank. Message for Jacob USA yes it is for real. Like a car recall sir. It is a bad machine and you have to untie your clothing sir. Maybe mom or girlfreind washs your clothing but I work very hard for my money and who eats Burger King food I guess some do still as it is far better than McDonalds. Anyway Jacob not to be disrespecting you please go and buy the machine at a cost of $1,200.00 and let me know if your happy untieing your cloths. Yes this is serious. For your Burger King deal and warm cloths from a dryer they make no sense and this sigth is for consumers educating consumers and I do send in fees for this sigth that educates persons that care about there money.

Whirlpool name of tech is Scooter not Scott. His exact words to American Sales tech are It is the way the customer is loading washer. Customer to ball up each piece of clothing and toss into washer. I am 53 years old been washing clothing forever ask yourself how many ways can you load a washer?
