Complaint Review: Whisper Woods Estates

If you know whats best dont move into these apartments. Mold in the bathtubs, Leaks in the bathroom ceiling from the above apt. And on top of that unstable floors. Office Manager is some kind of power trip very rude to the residents. Maintenance is impossible to have done and when they do come to fix something it breaks with in days of being "fixed". All staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. I repeat ALL STAFF!!! If your smart keep your money and move somewhere else. The rent my be affordable but the stress and headaches arent worth it. 
 
I went to speak with the office manager about an issue i was having with my sink and she was extremly rude i asked her if there was someone else above her and she told me no. I later found out the property owner comes and checks in every month.....but not once has he tried to get to know the residents. 
 
Again i ask you to keep your money and please dont move in here there are A/C units being stolen and my family and i have to suffer because head of the maintenance staff isn't trained or has his license to repair anything!!!!!! 

Again dont move here spend your money elsewhere.
