Complaint Review: Whispering oaks mobile home park..manager

 The lot rent was changed from water bill included to being separate..so when they raised lot rent it wouldn't seem so high..418.00 for a lot is extremely high...off Dixie hey. Is only 200.00. Also I was injured at work was put on workman's comp. Which made my lot rent late. Had to wait over 2 weeks to get my first check..late fee I thought was another 50.00 . I paid 395.00....nope it was past the 16 th...so another 50.00 was added..so I paid 445.00 plus water bill of 71.00..total of 516.00...this place of you got it homes...will rape you over and over again . The only thing they care about is their bottom line..if I knew then what I know now...they could take this home I bought and shove it up Kristy's big fat a** !!!!
