Complaint Review: Whispering Pines Golf

Case # 959.931- Whispering Pine Golf- aka Tim Downs has been placed for immediate collections/litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc, located in Portland OR.  This debtor has STOLEN my clients services, He has owed my client money for over 24 months.  He has an active claim filed for $567.00, for advertising services.  This company is a debtor  The responsible party is TIM DOWNS, WHO has promised to pay, he agreed he owes the money, but now refuses to respond, or make payment.  

This guy is a scam company who has STOLEN my client s services.  

I am forming a creditors commitee against this debtor to force him to pay all unsecured creditors and take over all assets,  Therefore if Tim Downs (DEBTOR) aka Whispering Pines Golf also owes YOU money, contact ACI-Asset Collections Inc.I'll be happy to add your debt to the list of creditors.

This is a RIP OFF COMPANY, we wanted to warn other vendors of this THEFT OF SERVICES so YOU do not get taken advantage of by this debtor. If the DEBTOR-(TIM DOWNS)-Pay the bill, and I'll adjust this report accordingly. But to-date he has made no resolution, and has STOLEN MY CLIENYTS SERVICES.
