Did a tree job for them 7 trees in contract to come down and move into woods with no cleanup. 6 were taken down, one couldn't be reached by the machinery due to the snow on the ground.
Price due reflected this discount, when the it came time for final payment he refused to pay trying to play every card in the book.
As to why he wasnt paying them he got very rude and belligerent to me on the phone threatening me etc... very bad business you have all been warned as to this guys character.
