Complaint Review: White Cap Pool Service

I paid White Cap Pool Service over $800 to repair a Jandy heater that was leaking a steady stream out of the rear of the heater. It leaks all the time the pump is running and I was afraid it would soon cause foundation damage. White Cap (Steve Griffith) came out and said the manifold was leaking and had to be replaced. He replaced the manifold and even though he could not find a crack anywhere on it he was confident that was the probllem. After running the pump for a few minutes it appeared to not be leaking; however, a few days later I noticed it was leaking just as much as before. I have called and emailed this company many times and one the rare occasion that I reach them they always say they are too busy and will get to it "when they can." That has been going on for 3 months and they never come. Now they do not return phone calls or emails and I am forced to hire a reputable company to come out and fix the problem that I paid White Cap to fix.
