Complaint Review: White Cliffs Hair Studio White Cliffs Group

Don't be fooled!!!! Hi, I am also experiencing difficulties with Whitecliffs at the moment. I purchased a hairpiece a week before my holiday. I am currently in Germany sailing. I had problems with the hairpiece sticking to my head from the beginning and then 4 days into my holiday I went swimming and the hairpiece ripped!!!!!!!!! I then ended up driving around bald desperatly trying to find a wig shop. I too had a very cold and unsympathetic response from Warren or "Andy" 2 of the partners of the company. I am desperatly fighting for a full refund but they have told me to get my solicitor to write them a letter as a refund is not very likely. I can only warn fellow alopecia sufferes about this company, they promise you the world but in my opinion they don't deliver.
