Complaint Review: White Egret Farm

White Egret Farm is a high quality goat dairy and meat farm whose products I have great respect for. The problem is they don't appear to deliver their products as promised, although they have no problem charging for them. Case in point: I ordered and paid for 2 cases of their goat's milk yogurt over a year ago -- I waited 3 months for delivery of the first case, but after more than 12 full months I still have not received the the second case owed me. I have called the company and contacted them by e-mail no less than 25 times in the past year with not a single response on their part. What am I to do? I would not like to hurt the reputation of a company whose products are of such a high quality, but I would like to receive the goods I paid for.
