Complaint Review: White Egret Farm

We had the same basic experience as the previous letter writer. Our first and only order from them was incomplete (though we paid in full); they acknowledged the missing items - over $20 worth - and promised to redeliver the following week. Four months later they have failed to redeliver and failed to respond to our three emails, two phone calls, and a handwritten letter. Failed to respond as in no email back, no phone call back, no letter back.

Just silence. The tone of our inquiries went from very polite to bewildered and finally to resignation and disgust.

The yogurt they did manage to deliver was thin, watery, and well below our expectations.

Like the other customer above, we have been hesitant to complain too loudly so as to not damage their reputation. Well what a couple suckers we are! I've never had this problem with ANYONE. The trouble they're having with the FDA has absolutely no bearing on their failure to observe the most basic tenents of customer service. In my opinion they are crooks and their noble intention to create a great product
