Complaint Review: White Hall Auto Sale

Well lets start out buy saying everything you read about all the other reports are so true about this dealer I was stupid and though it was a few angry people that all there cars cant be that bad till I went threw it myself, so please beleive what people report about dealers it so true and this one is the worst one I have ever in my life had to deal with..First off lick um and stick term is slap an inspection sticker on the car with out proper inspection is why they say that term well that is what they do.I went to the dealer and fell in love with a car a car of my dreams..They didnt have no inspection sticker on the car half of them dont have inspection on them.anyway my husband test drove it the engine light was on. when he came back to the lot we went in and tlk business they knew I really wanted this car and made all kinds of lies in deals to get my to buy it..They said you come back tomorrow and we will have all the work done and inspected for you to take it home. It needed a 02 censor , air bag pin in steering wheel. well they called the next day said car all fixed come get it..We went there the engine light was off they said they order the clip for the air bag from a dealer that has them.We got in the car the a.c didnt work so we told them, they hooked it up to the charger and said something is wrong we make an appointment to fix it so they wrote it on the paper work.They said they put the 02 censor in and its ready to go.The check engine light was off. So I went down the high way to take it home..and guess what the check engine light came on the oil light came on and the brakes starting thumping and a whistle noise in the front end got louder as I drove. I stopped for gas and put 20 bucks in cause it was empty , luckymy husband followed me all the way home. We pulled into the garage at home and he jacked up the front end to check the brakes when he took off the front tires the driver side brake and rotor was worn down making rivits in the rotor.How in the his hell can they pass state inspections with brakes like th is putting my life in danger..and the air bag would have worked if the brakes would have failed on me..We put all back together and drove to auto zone for breaks and rotors.And had them do a test to see why the engine light and oil light were on, here they  never changed the 02 censor they lied to our face and said they did.I dont even think they order the clip for the air bag ordered the a.c part..So we bought the brakes ,rotors..My husband put them on.I drove it and the loud scretching noise in the front end still didnt go away I was by a VW garage down the road from me it is wheel barrings going bad.So with all this crap lets see..Brake,rotors,a.c dont work, airbag clip,wheel barring ,02 censor ..and then it started to smoke white smoke so something was up with the engine cause the oil light was on as well. I was so upset cause my dream car I had always wanted and they knew this was in need of magor repairs...So we called the next day they opened my husband told them everything.Mr BOB said bring it back we will refund your down BUT not your parts you put onto it.So we got down there and Mr BOB was not there his female employee Iran or what ever her name is ..Well she was down right rude and nasty..when we told her what was going on she didnt want to refund our money she made the machanic drive with my husband to see all that was wrong with it..Its funny the machanic agreed too. My husband brough in the old brakes and rotors to show them how they ripped us off. Then we gave them cash down do you think she would get us cash back..NO she gave us a check, but still didnt pay for the parts..She still lied to our face and said they did put the 02 censor on it that Auto Zone was wrong and they rip us off for the parts..well I trust auto zone far more then white hall auto sales..And they tell you that you can drive a car with out an inpsection sticker for 10 days according to there local police dept I called..You can test drive it yes, but after you buy it there must be a updated inspection sticker on it..That is why they dont want to do the work its a lick um stick um inspection station do not even take your own car there, they will not check nothing out correctly.This business should be closed down for what they do to honest hard working people who need transportation.I made reports to other authorities about them so if you buy a car there and drive off the lot im sure the local police will be watching these scammer..Please beleive what you read and what others have gone threw at Whitehall Auto Sale..Cause its all true I learn my lesson buy not beleiving in what other said..Pass the word around about them so more people dont go buy there scams and lies..Cause im sure going to post were ever I can to get them to stop doing this to others..
