Complaint Review: White Light Smile

White Light Smile I order two of the product for my wife and I and they enrolled me in a subscription never advising. After I got my first refill I call to cancel and complain they advised they were going to give a refund and cancel my order but they never did that was in October and I call ever month to calve and get a refund.San Diego California

 I've been hung up on and over talk. While trying to explain the situation the car service Rep just overtalks you tried to give you a discount before a refund and then when you try to talk I got hung up on. I have been trying to cancel this service since October 2016 and now it's feb 2017. When asked to speak with a supervisor they tell you none available and argue that they can't help you. I have asked for proof of cancelllation they offer the cancellation number and then you still don't get canceled. 

 They keep sending refills even after you cancel no guarantee it's cancelled especially since I've been canceling since October 2016 and it's now Feb 2017. Ask for supervisor they don't get one argue try to explain issue they over talk you and try to issue a discount before advising of a credit I never seen.
