If you feel that White Oak Apiary has dropped the ball, than feel free to give us a call or email us. If any deposit was taken and no bees were picked up, we will refund your money, but we would need to know who you were first. Also we see that you're in Fairfield CT, you can always swing by our farm stand and see us in person. Hope this helps.
