Complaint Review: WhiteLabelWiFi.com

WhiteLabelWiFi.com Kevin Zicherman, aka "Kevin Z": WhiteLabelWiFi.com - Software does NOT work Toronto Ontario

  • Reported By:

WhiteLabelWiFi.com is owned by Kevin Zicherman, aka "Kevin Z", doing business as Axiom Marketing, Inc.

This product is also promoted as MyWiFi.io

Axiom Marketing, Inc. appears to own the following web properties:

BrickAndMobile.com, WhiteLabelWiFi.com, MyWiFi.io, and SellMobileWebsites.net

I was first introduced to WhiteLabelWiFi.com in March 2015, when a friend of mine suggested I watch a pre-recorded webinar promoting a White Label social WiFi portal which allows WiFi hotspot owners to capture email addresses and social account profile data from their WiFi users.

Kevin Zicheman is an accomplished salesman - very polished, very convincing, and very successful at luring unwitting people into buying his software packages.

Kevin's preferred sales method involves inviting multitudes of people to attend online webinar presentations where he overwhelms his audience with market trends, statistics, and promises that his software will deliver "as advertised".  He is a very fast talker (reminds me of the late Billy Mays, the "OxyClean" pitchman who died of a drug overdose), and his pitch is designed to take viewers from the intro to the close with credit card in hand to buy his software.

The body of his pitch is designed to appeal to your wishes to capitalize on the mobile WiFi hotspot trend.  The close of his pitch is designed to create a "fear of loss", as he uses a combination of the "limited number" availability and the impending "price increase" closes.

To seal the deal, Kevin states that WhiteLabelWiFi.com provides 24/7 Technical Support and a 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee.

Sounds good, right?

Ordinarily, I find no fault in the use of this type of sales promotion method, except that in the case of the WhiteLabelWiFi.com product, the product does not work as advertised, the 24/7 technical support system is a shill, and Kevin Zicherman does not honor his 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee.

I will elaborate on my dealings with the WhiteLabelWiFi.com product, their 24/7 Technical Support service (dealing directly with Kevin's Chief Technical Officer, Elan Zusman), and Kevin's follow-up up-sell attempts in additional posts to follow.

If you are doing your due-diligence on WhiteLabelWiFi.com, MyWiFi.io, and Kevin Zicherman (aka "Kevin Z") - do NOT buy their products!

I have resolved my issue thus far with MyWifi. They have assured me that all of my concerns will be rectified and that my 30 day FULL 100% Money Back guarantee is still in play.

I have spoken with Thomas with support via phone and he was very polite and willing to help in anyway. He has answered other questions and assured other doubts that I had about the MyWifi platform not working/functioning properly at this time. Updates are in progress I was told and should be according to the programmers, within 2 weeks.

They also have other updates and inclusions that they are in discussion about. So at this point, it looks promising and I am recannting my statement from previous complaint -->>"don't buy this product".

I will however, follow up on the board to give an update in about 2-3 weeks to give an update on the platforms progress.

Thank you!Chris

Do Not Buy This MyWifi Product!

I purchased this product yesterday afternoon (Sept. 24th). I got through most of the set-up of the MyWifi platform. Everything does look professional and well put together. That is not my issue. This is my issue: After looking through the "private"  facebook group and noticing so many different coments about other independent reps. having issues with the software, I decided to not move forward. Why? I do not want to represent myself with a product that doesnt work while charging customers hundreds, even thousands of dollars. This is not the first time by the way; Kevin Z. has been having issues with this product and people complaining about the product ( through further research ).

He states he has been working on this product for 5 years, which may be so, but to still have these same basic issues. He was having the issues when he will partnered with another gentlemen whom he claim did some very unethical things. This may be true and I understand he offered refunds then because of the bad experience it caused to many who had joined at that time.

My other issue is that the primary wifi routers that he offers, after reading the descriptions, only accomodate 16 users comfortably at a time which is misleading from the sales pitch. This basically means you would have to purchase multiple routers and extenders just to accomodate the typical establishment that has multiple users utilizing the wifi at the same time.

So with these two issues I decided to inform support that I was no longer interested and wanted a full refund. I requested 100% refund because they had not yet shipped/handled anything. I sent over 3 tickets early in the morning to ensure that support would get my queries. 2 support staff members responded ( Tim & Bradley ). I then received another response from Jessica who responded after they decided to ship via Fedex ever after I had already told them to cancel the shipment. She stated the proper department had not gotten the email in time. She stated they had then, per my persistent requests, had the shipment cancelled. I told them I would contact my credit card company as well, then she threathen they would not be able to resolve my issue?! I told he it is a simple reversal on the credit card charge, since the product had not been shipped and it was less than 12 hours since I requested the complaint from the time I made the purchase.

Now they are ignoring all of my responses. She asked for my phone# and the best time to call and I have not to get a call or another support ticket response assuring me that they will rectify the issue. It makes no sense to me how these people pitch 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, but then they fail to keep their promise. I am not satisfied, so give me a refund!! Don't give me a hard time about it.

Some people are willing to wait around for the fixes on glitches in the MyWifi platform, but I am not. I do not wish to go to businesses with a product/ system half-cocked. If it doesn't work properly, maybe they should temporarily take it of the market until the problems are fixed i.e. people not being able to login with the social profiles which is what the system is predicated on. That is the whole pitch; if it doesn't work, then the product is not beneficial.

Keep your word and honor my refund!
