When I was contacted by Whitewing, a Mrs. Sanchez said that I never had credit card protection with Citibank.

I just found the claim form and now I have asked an attorney to file a lawsuit against them and I have told the AG's office about this site.

Instead of the lawyer, I think I will sue these clowns in small claims court for $7500.00.

If you wish to file find an attorney who will handle a simple $1000 claim or file against them in small claims yourself.
