Complaint Review: Whitewing

About 2 years ago a lady called up wanting to know my full name and s.s.number. I would not give out this info. So 2 days go by and she calls again telling my wife that I have a prize coming to me and they need my name and ss number. Again my wife says no.

Then 1 week goes by and they are claiming that they have bought a delinquent bill for visa charge card company, saying that I owed in 1987 a balance of about 1700.00s. They told me that it was wipe off my credit, but I needed to pay them. I advised them that I never owed visa anything in 1987 and to not call again.

About a week goes by and they call again with a different company name. My wife ask for their address and they will not give it but start harassing her about paying this bill.

The company names were just letters and when my wife looked it up on the internet it was a site about nasty things. She called the police and made a report and then when they called back again she advised them of this and strongly told to to never call again.

About 3 months goes by and they send us a print out of a bill that they bought, with what looked like a fake watermark, notary from texas. We toss this out as nothing. Then they start calling again, threatening my wife about filling a police report, she hangs up.

Now they call and do not identify themselves just start harassing and telling us that they are taping our calls and are planning to sue us. The lady tells us this time that she is with whitewing. Also she keeps on trying to make us say these exact words,"we will not pay what we owe them". I will not say this, just that I do not owe anything and to not call again.

Each time they call the tempers of this person gets worst. She wants to fight and I am starting to fear for my life. If you can help me with ending this harasing please I pray that you do.
