Complaint Review: whizzerpaul

I purchased a new ne5 engin from whizzerpaul last year I received the engine and parts pretty quick and of course I had to check it all out. to my amazement the carb had metal shavings in the bowl and when I complained I was told by paul I must of put them there. nevertheless I installed the engine on my 99 whizzer got it running and took it out, when I came back from my ride I let it cool down an checked the head bolt touqe yes it needed retouqed. every time I took it out I had to retouqe the head something wasnt right, I got ahold of paul an he tells me Im on my own, all because I contacted the manufactur of the problems. Found out the chrome plating didnt stick to their coatings they put on the cylinder, also the two 10mm head bolts were threaded into the head its self therefore the head wouldn't touqe properly. this engine is junk barely a parts engine. The company refused to honor their 1 year warranty there for Im sol. whizzer paul and joe lin are scammers of which shouldnt be allowed to sell their items on ebay.
