Received a letter that my son's biography was approved for listing in the 2008-2009 edition of the who's who registry of academic excellence (middle school edition). I approved his biography and uploaded a picture to be included with it. Placed the order in March of 2009. I have not received any books nor have I received a refund. Placed several calls and only spoke to an answering machine and no one ever returned my calls. Website is no longer functioning and when I call the number, it's an operator answers and tries to place the call.
