Whole Health Products Cortibanultra.com ripoff, overcharged, cannot contact to cancel Longmont Colorado
I signed up for a 'free-trial' for their product. (I believe) it was marketed as a 2-week free trial. I rec'd the free trial and immediatly cancelled via email. I never rec'd a response. I then received an 'auto-shipment' after I cancelled and they billed my credit card. I found their website and tried to log onto my account, but my username and password were not in their data base (huh?).
I emailed again to their feedback@wholehealthproducts.com to cancel. I called their toll free number at least 4 times a day for a week and only received their voicemail, but was unable to leave a message as it instantly disconnected after their message. I sent them a fax of my original invoice for the free trial, all of my cancellatation requests and a letter indictating how many times I have tried to contact them. I tried their toll free number again, and I was able to finally leave a message to cancel my autoship. I have alerted my credit card company and they are in the process of an investigation.
