Whole Nutra KeraGrow I ordered a sample of the KeraGrow product. 14 days later I am charged 87.47 for the product. I called and was twice hung up on by phone reps when I did not agree with the offered 25% refund. Nationwide

 I ordered a sample of KeraGrow ( my first mistake ).  14 days later I was charged $87.47.  I called the next morning only to be informed that they would not refund the charge.  I was not aware of the 14 day time limit.  I asked for a supervisor (Sara) and she reiterated that all they would offer was a 25% refund.  When I told her that was unacceptable, she hung up on me and cancelled the refund.  I have had to make multiple calls just to get the 25% refund. Sara refused to give my contact information for the company.
