Wholefull Youth PowerHealth (Site) Original ad said order a trial bottle for $4.95. I paid with credit card. I was also charged $1.99 shipping on a different transaction. Then I was charged $94.95. I called; representative says I agreed to be billed every month BECAUSE I ordered the original bottle! Refund refused, but my order will be canceled. Utah
The "free trial" offer is really just a scam to get a valid credit card number. The order, for one - and only one -bottle does not exist.
As soon as you order the one bottle, you are entered into a recurring monthly charge. There is no mention of this on the ad, even though the company claims you cannot order just one bottle without agreeing to the monthly charge.
That one "trial" bottle, advertised for $4.95 actually cost me $101.89. The company only ever sent that one, as advertised, bottle.
The representative said I had agreed to the monthly charges by ordering that one bottle.
They do not give refunds - even if I received no further product - but they will cancel my agreement. The representative, Kerrie/Kerry actually tried to sell me more products! Beware, this company is a scam.
