nov05, filled survey on net for diet products. Gave approval for postage to cover shipping$4.95.Two boxes came. one Alice and one Alice J.(trial prod) 12-04,debited my account$139.90;causing nsf. 12-12 two boxes arrived again. Was informed to return to co. immediately. Did so same day, insured and registered.Arrived Longmont, signed for 12-27'at 1:40 pm. Company denies recieving, due to no Return Merchandise no. procurred. Talked and emailed Candy.She canceled my account. Should have gotten my refund then, but not so. Repeated calls to Gil, Stella,Denise, Kristen, and Candy brot nothing but excuses. Stella insisted that to be refunded,, that two more pkgs had to be sent out, returned with #10934;10935 on each pkg. I pd postage for one and they the other. Sent pkgs right back from local postoffice same time, same day. They claim one came in on 2-01-06, to which they credited my account minus restocking fee of $56.24. They are claiming until the other one shows up, no refund. It never will arrive, because I made so many calls to them, promised calls back, but no one ever did until Kristen was honest enough to tell me I was given credit for those first two boxes when they came back in Dec. In the meantime when I kept calling the name suddenly changed from Wholehealth to Boulder Natures Lab and Whole Health put a msg on their phone denying any connection to the Hoodia gang. They are a group of less than 10 people. I need my money back and do not wish for anyone else to be taken. They consider me a joke. I am out $69.95 plus my shipping fees, plus all my phone calls out there. After a while, Candy said to only correspond by email, not phone. Then the emails began to be returned also. Please help me. I know they have me over a barrel because I Can't trace pkg # 10934. I was vulnerable enough to think, for once they may be showing a little honesty, but no. Contacted Attorney General's office, Rec'd paper work but then heard about you folks.
