My Fiance and I bought an engagement ring from Nathan Bear who is a seller for this company. When we got the ring and saw that it was cracked we had to ship it back to Wholesale Diamonds. Their owner, Sam, is whom I had been dealng with. The latest on this is the following. They recieved my ring on Jan 14th for a replacement. I spoke with Sam for the first time on the 21st and he mentioned my replacement would be overnighted to be the next day, well on the 22nd he told me that Monday they were getting a new shipment in and he would be sending then. Monday he mentioned to me that you would have something by Friday the 29th at the latest and shipping confirmation would be sent to me. Friday at 4 TX time. Tuesday he finally emailed me and said he has a ring less than a carat to send when we bought a 1.5 carat ring. I replied back with thank you for their time but we will just take a refund since there isnt a proper replacement. Nathan the seller as well as Sam refuse to return my calls and emails as we would really like our money back as we have no ring.
