Wholesale Factory Failed to Process Order Rye , Internet

I ordered an Otterbox phone case on January 14, 2013.  I received a confirmation that my order was being processed on January 15 2013.  On January 23, 2013 I received and email that my package was set to ship.  This email included a USPS tracking number.  As of February 21, 2013 the packaged has not arrived, nor has the status with USPS changed since January 23rd. I have attempted emails and phone calls, to no avail.  I have only had automated contact and no resolution.
