Complaint Review: Wholesale Giant

This "company" orders products through Paypal with an electronic check which is drawn on an account without sufficient funds.

Paypal then notifies the vendor that the "check" is pending and will be held for several days until it clears.
This "Wholesale Giant" then tries to encourage the vendor to send the ordered item,insisting that since Paypal has verified receiving the "check",the vendor is responsible for immediate shipment of the item.

I met this individual through Yahoo.Auctions and received a nagative rating for not comitting to shipment before the "check" cleared,which it did not. Actually,I hold Yahoo.auctions partially responsible for not trying to protect the reputations of their vendors better and not responding to my request not to be rated nagatively by this scam artist.

I am giving Yahoo 24 more hours to rectify this unjustice and if it is not taken care of, I will pull all of my auctions,advertising and associations from them and care not that they are a "Giant" in the industry,because they are not the only game out there and there are other,better deals all over the place.
