I ordered a set of hid headlights from wholesale hid. I received the lights and learned that they are singal low beam only, when you switch the lights to high beam you have no lights at all.
I have tried to contact the company several times by email and buy phone. I called the company and got a recording for two and a half hours. I emailed the company several times and never received the first email or phone call, nothing.
I contacted the BBB of New York and was told the company is based in Japan, go figure.
I mailed a certified letter to the PO Box on the return box i received the lights in, found out the PO. Box is Boguss, letter came back.
Alli wanted was to ask if they produced high/low beam hid headlight for my suv.
