Chris thier Sales rep set up an time to look at our statment and he said he could save us about $50.00 a month after the lease payment and now my rates are about $300.00 more a month I have called the compant several times and they said they would make an adjustment now when I call no one calls me back, I was told to Call Sandy Middleton she could help me she is never near her phone and if you leave a message she never calls back so in the 8 months I have used them I have lost about $2500.00 plus 69.99 a month lease on a machine that is no better than the old one
