This company sells Wholesale information for Ebay, web sales. They offer a 14 day free trial and discounted price of $27.95. Ads, etc on there say "what did I have to lose with a money back guarantee?" What you will lose is $27.95. They do NOT honor this guarantee. I went through Pay Pal, thinking my butt was covered, but Opps! Paypal cannot support me with an Electronic deal...they will let you dispute, but they cannot do anything other than that.

I have gotten some pretty snotty replies from Wholesale.com, telling me to go to their legal page, which when you go there, all it says is Legal Terms. There are no links or any reading to be done there.
Through the pay pal dispute, they have offered 50%, but still are not sending it. Besides, the guarantee didn't say I would get only half back!!!!

I could go on and on about the site and what they are selling, but basically, if you want to shop for wholesale, go it alone. This site is only out to get your money.I will update this as we go along...but in the meantime... Beware!!!!

Can you please email us your transaction ID, so that you can be refunded as per our 14 day 50% money back guarantee. Please send your paypal email/transaction ID through a new support ticket via www.Wholesale-Portal.com/TicketSupport or via this Report. It is possible I overlooked your account and failed to refund you accordingly, after you closed your dispute. However, I am unable to confirm this or refund you until I receive your PayPal Transaction ID or at least your email address, so as to search for the transaction.

Thank you for your response.

Again, send us your transaction and account details so that we can verify previous communication and refund you accordingly (if this is a valid claim). If you do not send us this information, this "claim" is considered false/invalid.

Our email address is as follows: sales@wholesale-portal.com or contact@wholesale-portal.com. We require your full name, paypal case id, paypal email address and paypal transaction ID.

Once/if you send us this information we can review the case you opened against us, if any, and review all communication between each other. If you have requested a refund, we would be happy to refund you, as our refund policy applies to all purchases including yours. You must understand, it is now March, and this dispute was obviously opened before December. It is possible a representative forgot to refund your transaction once you closed your dispute.

If you research google, or other search engines, you will see you are the only dispute of this kind. We have been online since 2005, and have not had any refund complaints (except from you of course). We refund all valid requests.

We would appreciate if you would send us the relevant action stated above, and please look at this case in a different perspective. Human errors happen every day.

Paypal cannot /does not support "intangible" products, such as buying into a website. We can only use the paypal dispute arena to "talk it out"

I did not ignore your emails, I have been arguing with you for a week, I have at least 10 Emails going back and forth before I tried Paypal to get my refund. YOU told me to shut down the paypal dispute so that you can give me a refund.

I tried many times to read you legal terms, and even copy and pasted both links you have on the Rip off report and google said there is no document. These links have NO information, you may need to work on that part.

Now, I have closed my paypal dispute like you asked me to, I sent you my info for a refund and have not heard a peep from you....wonder what I really expected?

In response to your inaccurate complaint:

We do not offer free trails for 14 days. Our membership prices range between $27.97 - $37.97. We offer a 50% Refund Policy for 14 days, as clearly stated via www.Wholesale-Portal.com/legal.html and www.Wholesale-Portal.com/refundpolicy.htm

You were advised of our Refund Policy, though you preferred to ignore our email communication/responses and proceed with a PayPal dispute (which you lost). As a result, we were unable to process a partial refund, as disputes only allow full refunds.

If you state your payment details to us via email, we will be happy to refund you in accordance to our Refund Policy.

This is clearly a false statement, as if you proceed to: www.Wholesale-Portal.com/legal.html and www.Wholesale-Portal.com/refundpolicy.htm it clearly states the Refund Policy. Our customer service team is highly trained, friendly and happy to assist.

I suggest your read our guarantee, as it does not read full refund. It reads "50% Refund Rate." It also states not to purchase our product if you do not agree with the Terms, Condition or Refund Policy.

If you did not receive a 50% refund, please contact us with your PayPal Transaction ID, full name and email address, and our Customer Service Team can investigate the matter further. (contact us at sales@wholesale-portal.com).

Therefore, if you opened a dispute and did not receive a refund, we will process it for you. In return you can then update your "rip off report".
