Wholesale-portal I purchased a web site and they said I would have instant access after I paid. I did not get anything. Internet

The web iste looks great and I studied every word on tir great looking web site. hsi company offers an opportunity t make allot of money using their onlin store . After careful consideration I decided to purchase the business fo $37.99. After I made the payment the next page told me I would get an account number. I never got an account number to activae my new web site. i tried calling and emailing but I got no answer. Twelv hours later i got a email saying I did not do wht I was suppose to do and that if I wanted a refund I would only get half my money.

So, in my eyes I never got anything and I sould get a full refund. I received another email saying I made a mistake and didn't follow their orders thus I would only get half my refund.

I wonder how many other people don't get their web site either>

This is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WIT THIS COMPANY AND REPORT THEM. sc

I have been searching our records and cannot locate your original query. Please also note, we do not offer phone support, and this is clearly stated on the answer service when you call.

Looking at your complaint, it does appear that this is simply a misunderstanding. We do not hide the fact that we only offer a 14-Day 50% Moneyback guarantee. This is clearly stated on our terms and conditions and refund policy page, which can be accessed from every page on our website.

However, if for some reason you were unable to register your account then you would be entitled to a full refund, as you have not accessed our service.
