Complaint Review: Wholesale Skateboard Distributor/Cheap Stuff Llc

This company is a big rip off! I ordered my son a 70 dollar skateboard and it never was delivered. When you call their phone number, it is an answering machine. It doesn't matter what time you call, they never answer.

I emailed them and they wrote back and said that UPS loses 8 to 10 of their packages a week. When I ordered, my confirmation number began with a 9, which they said those numbers can't be tracked. According to them, confirmation numbers that begin with a 9 are shipped U.S. Postal service, so I wrote him back and said "I thought your website said it was being shipped US Postal service"? They have never written me again since then.

I have sent them several emails with no response. I ran them on the BBB and it brought up an address in Brunswick, Georgia,(their phone number comes up Arizona). I called and it is a storage place. They store all of their stuff in a storage unit. The lady that answered the phone said that I am not the only one that has called down there trying to find them because they did not get their order as well.

Hopefully my bank will get my money back as I have filed a dispute against them. Please beware of this so called "company". They are scams and rip offs!!
