Do not buy from Wholesale Super Saver DVD! They claim to sell legitimate region free DVDs that have the same content as regular DVDs with the only difference being some Chinese writing on the outside of the disc. Although they operate out of Ohio, they have their web store domain registered in Canada, take your money via PayPal, and then have your order shipped directly from China.

What they actually sell you are poor quality, counterfeit DVDs. I bought complete series of Stargate SG1. None of the 80 or so disc worked correctly. The director's commentary, secondary audio tracks did not work on any of the 80 or so discs! Some were unplayable. The packaging, although made to look similar to the real product, it is just a cheap copy.

I contacted their customer service via an email address supersaverdvd@gmail.com. The phone number listed on my PayPal account was a cell phone connected to a fax machine. The owner, Barb Lee, apologized but said that they would not allow me to return the DVDs, and that the website states that they do not give refunds. She said that the manufacturer would replace the defective DVDs. I never received the replacements. I contacted her several times. She always replied with excuses (Lies!). First claiming that they were sent, then stating that they were out of stock. Meanwhile, her website which actual shows the inventory available, showed they had plenty of copies. Then she offered me a replacement title of my choice. Again, I receive nothing. After months of repeated emails, I am told that they were shipped. They were being re-shipped. They were on the way they were returned to senderthey would reship then they just stopped responding to my emails all together.

I paid $150 for some poor quality DVDs that do not work correctly, and they refused to refund my money, and did not send the replacement title as promised! I hope the police shut them down!
