At a particularly low point in my life I foolishly responded to a pop-up which appeared on my computer monitor, informing me 'Congratulations! you are the 1000th visitor to our web-site & have been selected to receive 537.00 in travel pounds towards a Florida Holiday (including Disney Tickets) Call 0800-849-6823 to claim your prize. Res. #477'. What the hell, I thought, nothing ventured nothing gained I'll give them a ring.

I should have known better, somehow, against my better judgement, I allowed myself to be talked into spending 343.35 by some smooth talking salesman, into the promise of 'Vacation Accommodation in Florida, Complimentary Theme Park Tickets and or a 7 Day Alamo Rental Car'. Once they have you hooked they pass you on to another person to take your personal and financial details, this person seems to have trouble hearing what you are saying, like address and phone number but no trouble with your payment details, he tells you he is recording the details and like I say 'I should have known better' your payment is non-refundable (illegal in the UK but in the US I assume they can say what they like).

I was told they would send a confirmation e-mail and documents would follow, I assumed in the post. I received the e-mail and low and behold my details were wrong, following the instructions in the e-mail I sent it back with corrections, it came back with no amendments!!! so I returned it again this time getting no reply. Nothing came in the post and still hasn't after 5 weeks, I have e-mailed them twice to no avail, they don't seem to honour their word when they say in their confirmation e-mail that if you have any concerns to e-mail them.

So where does this leave me, so far they do not seem to have given me anything for my hard earned cash, their offer, the pop-up, seems to have been a scam as since the first one, which I acted upon, I have had five more!!! Also they have not honoured what I was told on the phone, I have no hard proof of my purchase from them apart from a e-mail with errors. In the UK they would be prosecuted under the sale of goods act, misrepresentation of goods or services, in the US I don't know but I intend to find out.

The Disney Tickets, you have to attend a morning or afternoon resort tour, they obviously hope to sell you something else and the car, thats yours if you forgo the theme park. Oh and you have to pay them more money when you arrange the booking.

I have done some research on this company, their president and their practices, from what I have read it would pay to give them a wide berth, don't make the mistake I made, be careful as they seem to trade under several different names, that sets the old radar going unfortunately mine was'nt working 5 weeks ago.

Makes you wonder how some people live with themselves after conning honest people out of their money.

Of course I am assuming they have a conscience which they probably have'nt as they appear to have the same qualities as your average psychopath.
