O.k this individual wrote this report with hopes of damaging the good name of WHOLESALE WEAR HOUSE DEAL CO. which was a very feable attempt this individual failed to calculate the the right amount for the hats per hats we gave and The hats are priced at $13 as we speak and this was almost 9 months ago we reduced the price from this time you noticed he said half and never said how many hats he received WHAT A LIAR or add and state the fee for shipping and handeling(shipping fee for over 100 hats and 50 T shirts ranging from sizes L-5 TIMES XLARGE he expected to pay $2.00 for over 20 of each color Colors also cost more after size 2XL the prices go up but he failed to tell you even though he only paid for sizes up to 2XL we still sent him the sizes 3XL 4XL and 5XL which we ate the bill on) we prorated the amount of the total to make it fair. But he failed to tell you this also. He expected us to pay for shipping we pay for the shipping for shoe orders and he knew the shipping was not free the package has to get to the next address destination when its not being locally picked we even took a lost to help this person because he was starting a new company and came for us for help. He knows we helped him and because he failed to the price per hat calculate the shipping and the shize breakdown of the order the conclusion he equated and the actual was off. This individual is despicable and you should refrain from doing business with this character. We did all we were supposed to do. He knew the shipping was not free and the sizes for 3XL and larger goes up and the colors other than White and Black are more expensive.He received over 5 colors excluding the white and black so he got 7 colors. He knew this but still complained it makes no sense. All that he is complaining about will be totally discredited because he failed to calculate correctly.
