In February of 2004, I began researching replacement window costs. I checked Home Depot, Lowe's, private glass and window shops, etc. After an internet search for wholesale windows, I became aware of wholesale window club.

I researched prices using their website cost calculator, and became convinced that they were the best bet for windows, what a mistake. I placed my order on May 10, 2004. It is now December 15, and I have no windows.

I began calling Dan Thomsen, the company's consumer relation person in June, after they failed to meet their promise of a four week delivery. Dan told me they would have the windows to me by July 10.

July came and went with no windows delivered. So did August, September, October, November, and now December. Dan has given me every excuse in the book as to why I have not received my windows, and I now know that none of them are accurate.

This company is, quite simply a total ripoff. Dan will not return my calls, in fact told me that he refused to communicate with me except by E-Mail, but has not sent me any communication for over 60 days.

I have sent over 20 E-mails to Dan, called him at least a dozen times, and he is just dodging any contact with me. I am at my wits end. I used bonus money to buy these windows, and have no more money to replace my windows. I feel like an idiot for being duped by these people.

To those of you who actually received any satisfaction from Dan Thomsen, I say you are lucky. I am telling everyone I know to never, ever, do business with Whoelsale Window Club.

They are NOT a professional company, nor have they lived up to any of their dozens of promises to me.
