My Name's Ken *****, and I'm a British citizen resident in Beijing China.

Recently I have had dealings with a company registered in the UK to one Stefano Carboni.

The company registration details are as follows:

eSources.co.uk
27 Old Gloucester Street
London WC1N 3XX
United Kingdom

VAT No: GB 848 2692 86

Telephone: +44 (0)845 226 3707
Web: http://www.esources.co.uk/

I was unable to find a company registration number anywhere on their website.

The Matter

Essentially this will be a very trivial issue for you, I'm sure, and the sum involved is trivial too. However, for me it is a matter of principal.

Basically ESources.Co.Uk are a UK based trade portal, and since I'm working in the area of trade between China and the west I decided I'd give this new portal a go.

However, for some, still as yet, unknown reason I had problems with my own Visa card and used my wife's to purchase my membership of the site in place of my own. That still isn't the issue, however. When the page refreshed and brought me back to the beginning of the PURCHASE SEQUENCE I hadn't noticed that the page had reset my personal choice of SELLER account back to the default of BUYER. Therefore, it wasn't until the transaction had completed that I discovered I'd just bought a BUYER membership.

Upon this realisation I then commenced the purchase sequence again, this time, however, ensuring that I had re-chosen the SELLER account option.

When once the transaction was completed I then wrote immediately to the customer services of ESources.Co.Uk explaining the error and requesting and requiring ESources.Co.Uk revert my funds to me for the BUYER account, which I had mistakenly purchased.

Since that time ESources.Co.Uk has done everything it can to either ignore or refute the necessity of returning those funds to me.

I have tried to self-arbitrate the issue without success.

In their last communication to me they informed me that should I persist in request this reversion of funds they would cancel both my memberships without recourse to a refund in any way shape or form.

Consequently, since both memberships are little more than two or three weeks old I would like to have all my monies reverted to me for both accounts, plus your costs and compensation for the unnecessary trouble and stress ESources.Co.Uk have put me through.

As of April 11th 2009 ESources.Co.Uk have indeed blocked my access to my accounts and their services.

The membership fees are as follows:

BUYER 29.95 GBP Tax Date: 25 March 2009 Invoice/Order No.: 134118
SELLER 150 GBP Tax Date: 25 March 2009 Invoice/Order No.: 134119

I have since registered reports with the following:

Office of Fair Trade

Camden Council Trading Standards

The Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (BERR) which used to be the Department for Trade and Industry

Thank you for your time in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Find Out Who The Real Poster Of This Fake Report Is Part II

#5UPDATE Employee

Mon, December 07, 2009

We have now found out who the real poster of this report is, it is not David Kenneth as it first appears from the first post, it's James Marnley of Marleys Wholesale Ltd.

Proof: Name of second replier is WCElectronics, who has been exposed as Marley's Wholesale Ltd on a popular forum just last month.

What really happened:

We would like to warn WholesaleDeals.co.uk customers about a fake scam report submitted by a company called Marleys Wholesale Ltd because we exposed their SCAM "dropshipping" websites. Search scam marleys wholesale in Google for details.

The fake report about WholesaleDeals.co.uk he submitted goes on to describe the WholesaleDeals.co.uk service in a false light, suggesting that our prices are somehow above wholesale or not as stated. Our quoted wholesale prices are available publicly before signing up for our service (unlike his scam dropshipping operations), and can be easily compared against selling prices on eBay and Amazon before even considering to join WholesaleDeals.co.uk.

We also offer a guarantee on prices quoted on our site, whereby if a deal purchased individually is not available at the price quoted we refund our customers instantly.

Unfortunately there are far too many companies on the Internet submitting fake reports about other companies for revenge purposes. Our only suggestion is to review our service before joining, and see how open we are about prices from our sources.

We can genuinely say there is no other service like ours on the web, and it's a shame that scammers like James Marnley of Marleys Wholesale Ltd are allowed to submit fake testimonials because of being exposed as a scam operation.

Marley's Wholesale original fake report is as follows:

"I too have had a bad time with wholesaledeals.co.uk they advertise very attractive products on there home page to pull you in once paid you realise that the deals they advertise are old and outdated, wholesaledeals.co.uk scam people on there home page!! thinking they hve good deals and that the money you spend to see who has that deal with be worth it! instead wholesale deals take your money and give you some outdated and worthless deals, i am a mum of two who is trying to make a little money to pay bills but am getting ripped of by companies like this!!!!!!

Wholesale deals .. you should be shut down!!!!"

1. "the deals they advertise are old and outdated" The deals on our site are never older than 30 days and are checked daily. To be honest this sounds like a comment a competitor would make. Because of the satisfaction level of our customers we presume some traders are fleeing other directories that are listing products as old as 2004 ...

2. "wholesaledeals.co.uk scam people on there home page!!" "give you some outdated and worthless deals" Our home page is a summary of our deals from the day, and all deals purchased individually from us come with a price guarantee. Only a scammer like you James could make such a stupid comment.

3. "i am a mum of two who is trying to make a little money to pay bills" Ok let's try this, just reply to this thread quoting your Wholesale Deals member id. Surely if you did purchase our service you would have a WholesaleDeals.co.uk member id, wouldn't you? ... Oh sorry I forgot, you never purchased the service. This is just a fake rip off report for getting back at us for exposing your scams.

4. "Wholesale deals .. you should be shut down" I am sure you would like that, since the fake offers you advertise are worthless. In truth our service is real, and because our offers are not only profitable but also verifiable, the quality of our service is affecting the logistics of the Marleys Wholesale Ltd Scam Empire. So very sorry. We should consider shutting down so that James Marnley's scam operations can continue to thrive. But wait! We are growing our members base by over 10% per day. We will stick for longer, and will continue to offer the best wholesale deals around. That's our pledge.

===

James Marnley was an advertiser on a site belonging to the WholesaleDeals.co.uk network of wholesale and dropship services sites, and was suspended due to many members complaining about his service.

He never signed up to WholesaleDeals.co.uk and his statement above is only aimed at getting back at our other site for exposing his fake dropshipping websites as fraudulent.

We hope you are a clever trader and can see through his lies. WholesaleDeals.co.uk offers new information daily on wholesale deals that are selling successfully and at good margins on both eBay and Amazon, with verifiable proof, something that Marleys Wholesale Ltd could never offer through his scam dropshipping sites.

WholesaleDeals.co.uk also allows you to review the profitability of each offer before even considering to join, we are the most upfront company about our sourcing services and also offer a guarantee on wholesale prices for individually purchased deals.

If you visit Marley's Wholesale Ltd sites you will see he makes vague claims about profits, but offers no proof. Why you ask? Because he does not hold any stock, he ships "his" products from China, and he does NOT repeat NOT sell branded goods as he claims.

WholesaleDeals.co.uk on the other hand is not affiliated with any specific supplier, we can monitor and exclude bad suppliers, and we list real wholesale and dropship deals that you can compare before choosing to upgrade to our service. Ask yourself, why wouldn't a person like Marley's Wholesale Ltd who tries to sell you dreams and not facts try to divert your attention away from a service like WholesaleDeals.co.uk, where we offer access to deals with verifiable profits and a guarantee on each individually purchased deal? Of course he has an interest, we regret that you have to read all this rant, however if there is anything you ever do please stay clear from dropshippers that charge a signup fee, they are all worthless. We wish you a profitable trading experience, and hope that you can see through the value of what WholesaleDeals.co.uk can offer your business.

The Truth About David Kenneth by WholesaleDeals.co.uk

#5UPDATE Employee

Sun, December 06, 2009

Hi David,

The reason you were refused advertising on eSources.co.uk is because you failed to complete TradePass verification. This is the third fake Rip Off Report you post.

WholesaleDeals.co.uk is another business we own, it is unrelated to your issue with eSources.co.uk, therefore your report here is only aimed at discrediting all our businesses instead of looking at your specific issue. We are still awaiting to receive the requested documents to complete TradePass verification, until then your profile is classed as suspicious.

Your hosting company has been informed about your false reports practices and will be in touch with you shortly.

Regarding your claim about eSources.co.uk payments, you purchased access to our suppliers database and advertising as a supplier separately, which is why you were charged for two memberships.

Also the reason you would have been ignored by Trading Standards is that your account of events is very shady, and we hold all your IP addresses tracks to prove it.

Finally I should add that it has already been made clear that you are filing these reports to increase traffic to your low traffic sites, that really reflects badly on you as a person and business in our opinion.

Respond to this Report!
