On Novemeber 29, 2012 I ordered a lifeproof case for the iphone.   I received a confirmation email immediately however days passed with no contact.  I sent 5 emails over the next several days and received no response.  On 12/6/12 I sent another email stating that if I did not receive a response from them by 12/7 @ 3pm I would have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.  On 12/8 I received an email stating it had been shipped and offered the tracking #.

On the 11th I emailed asking if it was actually shipped because the status on USPS website hadn't changed from "electronic shipping info received"  I stated that if it was not sent I would make other arrangements for christmas.  I asked them to please be honest because It was a gift for my son.  They actually responded right away and said it was shipped and I should receive it early next week. 

I just called the USPS who stated the shipping for the package was paid for but the package was never dropped off they have no "scans" on that item.  

Luckily I had contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.

In their rebuttal they claim that I am not a customer.  Actually in my initial report I stated order was placed 11/29 actually it was 11/26
So I guess I sit on the internet and dream up companies to complain about on the internet.  If I can stop even 1 person from ordering from this horrible company than I will be happy.

Please see photos of the emails to and from this "Company". I have more photos than I am posting.  If you wish to see them just comment.

I am still not done.  They sell COUNTERFEIT cases and I hope to stop this.

We mailed all orders timely, but if an item is on backorder which some popular items are subject to this issue especially during peak times, there are some delays in shipments. We offer a money back guarantee on all items and stand behind each sale. We buy all items from reputable dealers and if there is any issue with any order we always make sure the customer is happy. We have no evidence that this is an actual customer or who this person even is but if anyone contacts us for help we always do our best to make sure they are completely satisfied and will replace any defective item or reship any order which is not delivered for any reason.

COUNTERFEIT / FAKE lifeproof case

I finally received the case.  The packaging is perfect.  It wasn't until I felt the flimsiness of the case that I suspected a problem.   The details are perfect, down to the tiniest one.   Then i found what differences to look for in both the packaging and the case itself.  I called lifeproof with the "serial #" and it is indeed a FAKE!  There are only a select few places that are authorized ro sell lifeproof. 

Isn't this illegal? how do you go after these people?

Update USPS states item was finally shipped

Update USPS states item was finally shipped.   I just checked the tracking number.  It stated it was mailed 12/17/12 from Mineola.
