Purchased a LifeProof case for an IPhone 5 for $61.95. Three weeks after receiving the shipping notice and no package delivery, I submitted 6 emails without any responses. I submitted two more emails requesting my money back and received 2 automated emails stating the merchandise was not available. I ordered a new case direct from LifeProof and received it in 4 days. Received the item from Factory Warehouse on 12/24/2012. The item I received was counterfeit. Beware!!!!!
