Horrible product quality, instruction manuals, customer service. I am an experienced engineer and found instructions either to be confusing or non-existent. Lots of problems with the gate opener, controller and lock. Incompetent customer service had me running in circles due to bad advice even though I questioned their recommendations.
They will not take responsibility for their mistakes. They recommended the wrong lock, then insisted that I pay return shipping charges as well as the difference in price for the right lock. In addition I had to make my own brackets at cost of over $75 each time.
They are incompetent business people. They even charge local sales tax when shipping to other destinations with lower tax. I told them not to charge the tax, they did anyway. The State Dept. of Revenue ruled in my favor, but i still had to fill out forms to get a refund.
Products are cheap up front, but high cost in time and money to fix problems.
