On 10/4 and 10/7 I ordered some jewelry from this company. I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything so I wrote an email10/18/07.No response.10/20 wrote another email,received no response. 10/22 wrote again asking why no one was answering my emails? Still no response.10/23 finally received an email stating that there records showed I had received the orders.10/23 wrote back and said post office tracking says it was delivered to Georgetown but not to me. I didn't not receive this package even went to post office and explained situation response.10/24 sent another email stating to either resend order or credit back my card. (order was way over 100 dollars).No response.10/29 Received response stating to just (and I quote) let it ride 1 more day and I will look into it. I did.10/31 sent another email stating still had not received package asked to please send me the signature confirmation number so I could track down who sent it.No response. I filed a police report on this.11/01/07 Notified company if I didn't hear something about this and receive a response I was turning this all over to my attorney. No response also I again asked for confirmation number so I could track down person who signed for it, and if they didn't want to give me this info to please track it down them self's. No response.11/09/07 Wrote one more time requesting this info and to see if we couldn't work this out before attorney was involved. No responses company in my book is a big rip off.Drop shippers Bay, Big Jim's wholesale gopher, alias Staley Publishing Company. I have documented every piece of info and correspondence with them.They are ignoring me totaly. I understand that once they "supposedly ship they are done with you. They do not care if you are satisfied or even if you got your order. They have your money and that's all they want. I have been very patient with them this long.Any other company would want their customers to be happy and do what it takes or at least respond to emails.
