At the Federal Trade Commission’s request, a federal court has temporarily halted and frozen the assets of Grand Teton Professionals, an alleged credit repair scheme that charged illegal upfront fees and falsely claimed to repair consumers’ credit. The company and other defendants are charged with violating the FTC Act and several provisions of the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Consumer Review Fairness Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.

I have made a very thorough research about the company but did not find a single info about them so I went ahead and dealt with them until I was also fooled by them and when I checked again, I realized I am actually dealing with bunch of scammers. because they are actually also EZunsecured.com that has already several complaints which is why they changed their name to wholesaleshelfcorporations. This company offers wholesale shelf corporations as a disguise and then will ask for your credit card information for free extras but actually they are free trials of several companies which would later charge your card monthly. You will not know because they will sign you up with a different email address. Be careful guys because instead of building your credit hence you buy shelf corps, it might bring you to more debts. Please avoid dealing with someone named Leo Davis in the company, he is a thief and a phony, not even sure if its his true name. Moreover the company is definitely a scam with Indian employees.

I never had the opportunity to meet whoever the person this person mentioned but I am pretty sure he is professional. My dealings with this company has always been professional. Their support center is available 24/7 and they gave me updates. As promised, I received the approvals for loans and other unsecured financing through their funding program. Before believing statements made on the internet, I highly recommend that you deal with the company first.

Got $148K in 3 weeks through their funding progra. this is not through EZUnsecured Plus, the aged corporation I bought had a lot of benefits for my growing business. They deliver as promised and I am surprised to find this report here. Nonetheless, I should say what is right about this company.

First of all, I dont understand what this anonymous person is claiming they
have been fooled about. You are saying that you did a very thorough
research- very thorough research and it is only subsequent to this
research and dealing with us that you claim to find out we are scammers in the
past? That seems like an ill advised strategy. The truth of the matter is, the features that involve credit
cards are very clearly defined to you- yes some of them are free trials
to services we deem beneficial to your new endeavor, but we can have
them cancelled at any time and youre asked to choose, before you give
your information, which of these services you want. But to say, in your
difficult to understand and utterly garbled complaint that you didnt
get a corporation or it is used as a disguise is an outright lie. I
havent even heard a complaint and you are coming on here and defaming
my name with language so strong its ludicrous. What end are you looking
to meet with this. You call me a thief and a phony, but in this
context one would assume that you are unable to reach me to work out
whatever issue you have. But you never contacted me to describe your
concern. What is worse, you didnt even leave your name here- which
leads me to believe that you never really dealt with me or this company.
I dont know if youre are another corp provider that is upset that I
told your client the truth, but if you are in fact an unhappy customer,
please feel free to call so we can work this out. If you were a client of mine you have my number

The
fact is, there were problems with EZUnsecured, however, the company
never changed its name- that side of the business was sold and aged
corporations is one of the services we continued to service. I had
complaints on this extortion hub some call a consumer reports site- but
there are two sides to every coin. My clients who complained here
misrepresented their position from the start and when they didnt get
what they wanted they committed libel on this site were good, hard
working reputations go to get murdered. They refused to do anything they
needed to do to help their cause- whether it be meet with a banker and
write a business plan. That became a bad situation as result of the
market at the time and ridiculously high workload. I got through that
with only two complaints on here and those clients were refunded before I
even became aware of my rip off report existence. If you are potential
customer, please contact me and I will provide references. They will
tell you that I describe the possibilities in a very realistic light and
this will give you more substance than this site that requires nothing
more than an email address to report whatever you want about whomever
you want.
