On 24th/11/07 I ordered 2mil runescape gold for my grandson, who is 12 yrs old.We had used this site before, once with no problems and once where the gold was not delivered to the game until the next day.
As my grandson lives at the other side of town and did not phone to tell me it had not been delivered, i was unaware there was a problem, until i recieved an email from rsseller,on27/11/07 claiming to be their sister company, and saying at the time i ordered rs2happy did not have the gold, so they had cancelled my order and refunded my money, and had passed my order to them.
They said " we have the gold and if you make a new payment now to this website, we will deliver in the game".

I checked mycredit card transactions, and 4.72 had been paid to store4mmorph( rs2happy) on24/11/07, but nothing had been refunded.I phoned my grandson who confirmed he had not recieved the gold.
I then sent an email to them, forwarding the one i received from rsseller, and explaining what had happened.
No response after 2 days so i sent another one, still no response!
I then went onto their site and onto live chat, and was told where to go in the game and they would deliver the gold. my grandson logged into the game, went to where he was told, and they then told him he couldnt have the gold as there was a problem with the order.
later that evening i went to live chat again on rs2happy, they responded when i said hello, and as soon as i gave the character name, left the conversation.
I tried numerous times that evening and on subsequent days , but still no response.
I came across site this evening when i was trying yet again to get in touch with rs2happy and read the report from someone who had had exactly the same happen to them .
I also think its disgraceful, lots of kids play runescape, and as the other gentleman said, if we adults cant get any joy from these people, what chance would a 12 yr old have.
These people are effectivley stealing from children. I am just happy that i was not gullible enough to pay again to their sister site, as i would probably now been 9.44 out of pocket instead of 4.72.
BE WARNED: do not trade with these people.

Do Not buy RS gold, It is illegal

#3Consumer Suggestion

Buying and selling RS gold for Real money is Illegal.
Do not engage in business with companies that routinely engage in illegal activities because you will be ripped off. Additionally you are putting your CC number in the hands of criminals.

The next time your grandson asks you to buy him something illegal it might be wise to tell him NO.

You should also check over your CC statement very carefully for the next several years ... yes years. Either that or request your CC company cancel your current card and issue a new one before the problems start.

Umm...Don't buy Runescape gold anyway

Sorry, Mary, can't find it in my heart to feel sorry for you as you helped your grandson violate Real World Trading rule that will get his account permanently banned. You can not buy RS items from internet companies. The only gold in Runescape your grandson should be getting is when he kills an NPC and it drops some.

If you want to buy your grandson a gift, then give him the money to play for his membership, or even a nice book to read. But don't help him break rules and risk his account.
