Whos Who Registry Of Academic Excellence For 2008-2009 cashed my check and did not send me the items I purchased Washington District of Columbia
In May 2009, I submitted payment in amount of $80 for a copy of "Who's Who" 2008-2009 publication. In October, I sent an email as to status of mailing. I was informed that it would be sent in February 2010. In March, when I attempted to contact them via phone, I received a recording. When I did not receive a response to my emails, I decided to send a certified letter. The Post Office returned the envelope to me marked "undeliverable".
I contacted the BBB and was informed that they were unable to contact them as well.
