WickedApps and IMTools are the same - and I'm sure they already have other domains set up. Their street address in Delaware is an address for a business services company. The administrator of both websites is located in Iceland. And they use FakeMail.net to create emails that are used for the usernames they provide after collecting your money.
I made the mistake of buying a few programs, then found out after the fact that the software owners/creators were absolute in stating these folks have no authority to offer their programs and that they are selling access fraudulently. Which means, the money spent buying these programs is lost. I have limited access to the programs I purchased but do not have access to all the features. Plus, I have no support, as I am not recognized as a legit purchaser. Additionally, some of the programs have FB forums where they share support for one another and again, I am barred from joining, because I purchased access to the programs from a person or company who sells access fraudulently.
I have requested a refund, but of course, with their being in Iceland I have no recourse, and they know it. So, they have just run me around in circles.
Stay away from these guys!
