I am absolutely stumped at this company.  I have had it up to here with them.  As my story goes.  1 week ago on 7/21/10 I had purchased a laser from this company that has yet to be released, the S3 Arctic.  I have been literally been calling this company over and over and over.  They do not PICK UP their phones even if life was hanging by a string, I think many customers of this company may agree.  The reason for me calling them was to go ahead and return the product I had purchased due to the fact that it was not releasing.  I was told (when I actually was able to reach someone before the purchase) that the laser would release in a week on 7/10/10.  LIES.  I am sitting here talking to you today and nothing of the slightest has happened. 

I have learned a sickly pattern, very cruel pattern when calling this company.  Listen well.  They enjoy cutting off the call and sending it to voice mail.  I have recorded how many times this occurred, which is at about 6 times in a row.  I have tried to email them but just complete failure.  They have a wonderful live chat as well, but only it's not a chat it's a link to email them because there is no one EVER there to chat with nor to answer your email!  I would say this is one of the most serious issues I have ever encountered with a company.  Being involved in this almost makes me feel bad for complaining about customer service at a AT&T representative, at least I got customer service.  WICKED LASERS has NO SERVICE.  I want my money back and my laser for free, because of my patience and for their lack of giving me a chance to voice my opinion.  That was my hard earned money that is now sitting a criminals bank account!
