Complaint Review: Wicked Rocket

I order a 50cc atv back in april, they charged my credit card in may and i finally in june i cancelled my order and demanded a refund. I was on the phone with these people every day they would tell me it will be there in a week every time i spoke to them. I had someone give me money to order this on my credit card and now im being sued because they think i stole there money. I was able to talk to people each time i called. Chad, TY, Becky and finally today i got steve who gave me the number to the company who actually ships the products. I ordered 2 quads in the past from these people and had no problems, i guess the third time really is the charm. They told me that my money was refunded back to me on 7/18 and that my bank stole it. I dont think so.

I was able to get in contact with the company that really supplies the ATV's today and they were very helpful and told me that Wicked Rocket took many orders and money from these online orders and never placed the order with them. They kept the money and are shafting everyone. I guess they thought that they really did refund my money and thats how i got the phone number to the supplier. It only took me 4 months to get satisfaction, we shall see if i get my full refund in the mail next week.
