As others have said on here this company did not honour any promises made. I order 4 flying sharks dec 7th when they finally started accepting the voucher numbers. I did not pay the extra shipping as I knew they would arrive at the latest the week after christmas. Since I did not need them until then it worked out for me. Well weeks later after reporting widget love to the better business bureau I finally got a rude response from widget love through the BBB. I was told to return the items at my expense and I will get a refund for the product!! I responded how can I return something I didnt get? Finally 8 weeks after I ordered twice from this company as the first order was "lost" and not "their" fault I received one flying fish....I might add it was the wrong one, as I ordered sharks not clown fish. Monday jan 30 the three other fish arrived....all wrong. I have written to this company yet again through the BBB and await a response....wont hold my breath. I will keep the clown fish as I refuse to wait another nine weeks for a refund and I dont see why I have to pay shipping for their screw up. This company is a joke and I hope others will report to the BBB as well.

After getting a reply though the Better Business Bureau from Widget Love. They offered to pay for shipping back for the wrong order they sent me. I refused as these were christmas presents and I didnt want my nephews waiting another 9 weeks to get them. This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across.
