Complaint Review: Widget Love

Widget Love tried to use 2 Groupons, they only shipped one order. After many many attempts to contact them, no response. finally was told to reorder the item. When I attempted to reorder it charged me 69.99 inste Internet

This company did not send me an item I ordered via a Groupon. they do not respond to open tickets or when you try to contact them. Always same email response that they're experiencing systems issues with their computers. Nothing every arrives on time - I waited 2 months.

I finally got in touch with someone who told me to re order my item. Instead of taking the coupon, it charged me the full 69.99. I tried to contact them numerous times to cancel the order before it shipped, and same old email response about systems issues. No one got back to me after MANY MORE attempts to contact them to stop the order. Once the order arrived and I was charged 69.99 I tried to contact them again MANY MORE times to return the item and get a refun. No response. Now I have an item I don't want, no one is helping me get a refund. There is no return labels - only a Chinese return address on the package. I can't even read the return address.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.
