Widner University, EASTERN DISTRICT COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA, AND BERKS COUNTY COURT OF COMMMON PLEAS IN ORDER FOR THE PEOPLE TO RESPECT THE LAW THE LAW MUST RESPECT ITSELF AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE Pennsylvania
THE REASON WHY I BROUGHT WIDNER UNIVERSITY INTO THIS DISCUSSUION IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PROGRAM SET UP TO ADVOCATE FOR PEOPLE IN NEED OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE. ON MY BEHALF THEY FILED A LAWSUIT IN BERKS COUNTY COURT AGAINST THE READING WATER AUTHORITY. AS EXPECTED THESE COURTS DRAW NO LINE, SHOWING NO BOUNDARIES ON HOW THEY CAN PULL THE STRINGS OVER EVERYTHING. SEVERAL WEEKS AGO I ASKED THE ATTORNEY TO FILE A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST THE WATER AUTHORITY SEEKING INJUNCTION TO RESTORE MY WATER AND HE SAID HE WOULD BUT DID NOT. SUDDENLY THEY BEGAN AVOIDING MY CALLS AND THEN FINALLY TELL ME THEY CANT FILE THE RESTRAINING ORDER ON MY BEHALF BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR A HEARING. THEY TELL ME TO FILE IT MYSELF , BUT THEN THEIR GOING TO HAVE TO BACK OUT THE CASE. ON MONDAY THE 6TH I FILE AN EXPARTE MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND THE COURTS JUST SITTING ON IT.
AS WELL AS THE EASTERN DISTRICT COURT JUST SITTING ON THE CASE AGAINST THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, HOLDING IT UP AS WELL FOR MONTHS ALREADY, AND THE FRAMING FAMILY COURT JUDGE IN NY NOT GIVING THE COURTS DECISION OVER THE JURISDICTION MATTER SINCE APRIL KEEPING THE CASE IN LIMBO SO THEY COULD CONTINUE DEPRIVING MY SON.
THIS IS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM? THESE PEOPLE CANT SEE PAST RIGHT AND WRONG ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS COVERING UP THE VIOLATIONS OF LAW. INNOCENT PEOPLE DONT THREATEN TO KILL YOU FOR SUING THEM. THEY DEMAND I DROP MY SUIT AGAINST THE JUDGE AS IF HE SHOULDNT HAVE TO ANSWER FOR THE WRONG DONE , WHY BECAUSE THEY THINK IM SOME DUM HISPANIC I SHOULD JUST LET THEM WALK ALL OVER MY GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO MY CHILD.
OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS PROMISE THAT THEIR GOING TO BETTER THE CIVIL PRACTICE IN OUR COURTS. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE GOOF OF ALL TIME. SOME OF THE OTHER THINGS THAT WERE DONE DURING THIS CASE, HOLDING UP MY POSTAL MAIL TO THE DISTRICT COURT, TO FORCE ME TO MAIL EVERY PEACE OF MAIL I SEND THEM BY OVERNIGHT MAIL. SUSPENDED MY LISCENSE IN NY TO PREVENT ME FROM GOING TO THE FAMILY COURT PROCEEDINGS. THIS ONES MY FAVORITE TAMPERING WITH MY EXPERT WITNESS.
IN MY UPDATE ON THIS REPORT I WILL DETAIL HOW THEY DID THIS.
My Law suit: Martinez v. Queens County District attorney etc, al.case no. 1:12-cv-06262 on appeal 14-907 in the Eastern district of New York.
Defendants and each of them conspired to deprive plaintiffs 1st,4th,6th,8th and 14th amendment rights and jointly caused such deprivation of rights by acting in concert to defraud in a homicide trial, conspiracy to defraud in family offenses, depriving plaintiff of parenting rights, Social Security benefits, Medical care, privacy rights, freedom of speech right, right to counsel, right to appeal, unlawful incarceration and therefore each of them acted willfully and knowingly with specific intent to oppress and persecute me.

See the forged indictment they used to confine me for 2 an a half months. See the altered blood results they wrote pending under my rheumatoid factor, so I wouldn’t be able to substantiate my Social Security Claim at the hearing.

DEATH BY POISON
After being threatened with death by government officials for exercising my right to sue the judge that acted in a conspiracy to defraud and deprived me my child up until today nearing two years, I came across other cases similar to mine where people are being exterminated for defending their rights in court. First case on point is Pam & Wilber Gaston in Oregon, this case is very similar to mine because these poor people were being victimized , framed and set up by officials in a conspiracy. Father falsely charged with crimes against his daughter and acquitted by a jury. They sued and the public officials rather than stand trial defaulted on 500 million dollars, two weeks later poor helpless Pam was murdered death by poison, no autopsy done. The murderers flew a helicopter over her home and dropped poison killing her some 14 days later.
As well the Asian in New York Sunny Sheu murdered, he previously reported the Queens DA and a judge for threats made telling him to be careful before being murdered, I find this to be very disturbing because they told my expert witness to tell me the same. I don’t know the particulars of this case but what I do know is he never made it to the court to testify, death by poison. Just before the hearing he was murdered and the courts refuse to allow the family to dig the body up.
Least of all what about the Reporter allegedly accused of being murdered by the FBI in a car accident and how about Senator Nancy Schaefer and her husband death by suicide, for standing up for our human rights. This woman whole heartedly was a beautiful person, trying to undo some of the most insane things going on in the courts today and was brutally murdered for it, needless to say they were wiretapping her as well. So here we have the Federal government disassembling the CIA for supposedly murdering people , but the FBI is also accused of doing the same, how ironic. Now we don’t need to guess who is doing what, that seems pretty obvious. Officials are taking these privileges given by the people and are abusing their powers as a tool to inflict oppression and have surpassed the Constitution and laws they took oath to uphold. Specifically these family court judges, attorneys and corrupt prosecutors acting in collusion, destroying family life across the country by taking our parenting rights and our childrens childhoods away for personal gain or for whatever reasons they deem necessary. People are being framed, harassed, and demeaned by our court system, and or exterminated for defending their rights and opposing corrupt judges. I demand accountability for my civil liberties being deprived in a conspiracy, culminating in the destruction of my relationship with my child, and It is Congresses responsibility to see that happens. While these people continue monitoring everything that I am doing online ,writing this report will hopefully suffice for them to feel compelled to take affirmative action and show the people that equal protection of the law still exist and belongs to everyone not just those of a certain class in society.
Lastly, I promised to give details in explaining how they tampered with my expert witness which I will not name in this report because I don’t want to tarnish the mans reputation since I like the man, and I know that people do things they don’t necessarily want to do because of the bad influence from people with authority over law. First thing they did was ordered me on a default for child support to pay 350 dollars a month knowing that I am disabled, unemployed, and their depriving me of the SSI benefits and communication with my son. Two months later they suspend my license for non payment so I couldn’t travel to the family court to present my witness and hoping if I do go that I would commute to court by car so they could arrest me on the way to court. So now prior to the day my witness is scheduled to testify, he tells me he cant drive to court because of his knee that he's supposedly getting surgery for his knee, and asks me to pick him up before court. Of course if I would of done that by car they would of detained me on the way to court, because he would have revealed to them when we were leaving his office, so instead I took bus to NY and a cab with him to court.
The three things he did that made me absolutely sure he was cooperating with the court and the feds was (1) prior to that morning he gave me his report where he erred on the report identifying the mothers signature being signed with my last name. I notified him of the mistake on his report, which he said would correct it before court. (2) as he is testifying he' decides to get into a discussion with the judge telling him how he is going to have surgery, and takes a Percocet every day to relieve the pain, and admits to taking one prior to taking the stand. (3), on the corrected report he errors again by identifying the date incorrectly to the document under question. Next while he's on cross the mothers attorney which already knows the error is there is trying to submit the document into evidence, so they could have grounds for appeal, I had to object to it going into evidence , and then they realized I was aware of what they were up to. The document under question was the letter the mother wrote giving up my son when she abandoned him to my care, which under their direction she falsely testified she didn’t write it throughout the family case. As previously mentioned in my reports were stolen from my briefcase when the judge held me in contempt of court to prevent my witnesses from being heard which traveled all the way from Pennsylvania to be heard.
Finally, I like to encourage every one that is reading my reports to watch Senator Nancy Schaefers video, and see how she states that three fathers she knows of committed suicide over these courts depriving them to their children. As I am sure the majority of them wish I do the same, id like to make perfectly clear, that my friend will never happen. I can only anticipate the worst from these people after everything they have done yet still hope that there are some decent people in Congress like Senator schaefer that will rectify the wrongs and stand up for whats right.
