Complaint Review: Wiggin Out Salon

 Now this one was cut and pasted by a client that acutally accepted her custom top piece, signed and dated the reciept and went and had it cut and colored then wanted us to add more hair to the front.  Plain and simple, it took 4 weeks to find a college student who would sell us her hair.  We paid $2,000 for teh hair and did not charge the client. Its her piece, she wanted alterations done, so It is in production.  We are suing her for defamation. (if you dont understand that you can look it up in Wikipedia) Yes we do have a case, yes this client has been harrassing our staff and blowing up our phones and texts and emails. Yes we had to fill out a police report.  Remember 1 out of 50 ususally are a little "off"  but we still are waiting for the piece to be completed and what we have here is a our 1 out of 50 clients again(see the information below about the court case, its a good one) that this time just doesnt have the patients but instead flys off the handle and creates drama.   Yes she is getting her piece in, yes it is taking longer than usual (because of the type of hair and her revisions) but again regardless of her actions, we still have the integrity to continue to have her piece made better than her origonal requests.   Stayed tuned for this one. 

BTW.  We have clients that have written up wonderful reviews about us on google and yahoo.  And we of course have the two women that have just recently attacked us for diffent reasons and yet call us frauds publicly online using sites such as this one to further their reasoning.  Its so dissapointing to us to see human being behaving in such a manner.  It makes it harder for those that may be more deserving.

 

 

We have been in business for over 20 years and we must admit, considering our commitment to women and children all over the USA we sometimes dont reconize immediatly a client that may be dishonest.  Unfortunatly, it usually happens that 1 out of a hundred that do have Cancer believes that because of this horrible disease it gives them a green ticket to lie, cheat and steal from innocent companies that have only dedicated their lives to helping others.  See our reviews on yahoo and google we also have some testimonials on our website (yes they are actual clients) So in regards to that court case she cut and pasted:

Fact :  Barbara Sanders Came in and bought the wig the same day.  Had it cut and colored the same day.  The family rejoiced at how beautiful it looked.

Fact: Cheryl Saunders who works for the City of Anneheim, CA  daughter of Barbara wrote an unauthorized (we are presuming it must have been unotherized)check out of her boyfriends checking account (she told us it was her husbands account that Day we found out in court he is just a boyfriend) from West Coast Building Contractors out of Annehiem and at the bottom by the "notes section" wrote that it was a "Prosthetic Donation"

Fact: 1 week later they had cancelled the check with no warning at all, no complaints nothing

Fact: Wiggin Out Salon called Barbara Saunders to have her come in.

Fact: No return Calls

Fact: Wiggin Out Salon had attorney write a demand letter.  It took over 1 week for them to create a reason why they had canceled the check.

Fact. Wig was sent back to Wiggin Out Salon and it was refused.  "unless a package is expected, no package will be signed for" Wiggin Out Salon policy.

Fact: Barbara Saunders attorneys firstly accused Wiggin Out Salons of taking a wig from a catalog and pretend it was one of their "pre custom wigs" (at court  ( the second round) we brought the picture of the wig and it looked nothing like the wig that was sold to Barbara Saunders)

Fact: The wig was a pre-custom made wig "NOt custom made for Barbara Saunders"  If Wiggin Out Salon could make a custom wig for a client in one day or one hr,  we would be sooo rich!

Fact: They created the story of the wig being a sample to justify their actions that we sold them a sample wig and told them it was custom made for Barbara Saunders. 

Does that sound a little strange to you?  "Custom made for Barbara Saunders" in one hour of her visit?

Fact: First day in court Barbara Saunders commited purgury several times and unfortunatly the judge not understanding wigs did not quite understand the lingo.barbara Saunders also told the court we had the wig, that it was not in her possesion (hiding the evidence) She told the judge it was sent back to us and we had signed for it.  Judge asked her for the proof.  "I dont have it, my daughter has it"

Fact:  Judge rescheduled the court date because of "lack of evidence"

Fact: New court date. Cheryl Saunders came into court with a made up letter from Fed Ex stating that "Constance Walsh opened the package and saw what was in it and gave it back to Fed Ex. 

Okay now get this:

1.  The Saunders Attorney in the rebuttal letter (the first reply to Wiggin Out) stated that "Constance Walsh had "refused the package" on the 22nd and was sent back to Saunders.  So Saunders new it was origonally refused. did the judge catch that? no...even though we showed him the letter of evidence.

2. Now we have Barbara (first court date saying that we had the wig) and now Cherly turning in a falsified document with a cut and pasted Fed Ex label and no Fed Ex Address with bogus info attached. 

3. We called Fed Ex and Fed Ex never wrote the letter and has a strict policy that if a package is opened by the reciever that Fed Ex WILL NOT take the package back.

Fact: The small claims judge yelled"if someone is lying here and this evidence is false, someone is going to be accountable and full charges will be pressed for submitting falsified evidence.

Fact: Judge never followed through.  We were hoping he would but I think after so many years of being on the bench he just decided to go the easy route and just go with the poor woman who had to deal with her cancer.

Fact: Because of the actual lies and fabrication that came out of Cheryl and Barbara Saunders mouths that day in court we thought for sure that we had won.  But unfortunatly we learned that small claims does not go by the law.  Small claim judges go by their own laws. So the law did not pertain in this case nor did the fact that purgury took place and false evidence was submitted and not followed up. 

Fact: You win some you loose some.  Cheryl Saunders went forward and began to falsify the courts decisions and had to add more lies like "we had the wig?" really?  Thats why you both brought the wig to court with you?  Because we had it the whole time?  And......They kept the wig.  A very expensive hand made wig , made with hair we purchase from College Students to help them with their tutition ect. 

What do we think happened?  Cheryls boyfreind didnt know that she was writing a check to a wig salon for her mother.  Since who you are in one area of your life is who you are in ALL area of your life, means that if your a liar in one area, your a liar in all areas of your life.  If your a theif in one area your just "a theif"

Now you would think that someone "that has cancer" would be a little more humble for everything we did for her.  Nope! The first court date Barbara Saunders after exchanging evidence, Constance asked her, where the wig was and Barbara looked at her with a look on her face and replied sarcastically "Why you have the wig" and well that says it all.  Funny how the wig appeared the second court date. 

Now Cheryl and Barbara Saunders (we already guessed what type of personality we are dealing with)(the apple doesnt fall far from the tree) had been happily rewriting the courts judgment all over the internet to disguise and distract the fact that "she wrote a bad check, and stole from Wiggin Out" If you cant afford to buy a wig then "go somewhere else!" But please dont come in and make our staff feel sorry for you and help you in every way we can then basically try to steal a wig from our establishment that someone labored over for 8 weeks to make!

So basically, We have amazing wonderful and honest clients.  We have a policy that if you are not happy with the design we remake it at no cost to you.  We have hundreds of very happy clients that would love to tell you how we go above and beyond servicing them.  Its very sad that Barbara and Cheryl feel that "because she has cancer, it gives them a right to lie, steal and cheat the system." That wig that was not given back to us, could have been donated to one of the 32 children and teens that we are despritly trying to raise money and hair to make them one of our wigs.  We get letters from children's parent telling us how bad the wigs are and begging us to please find a way to help them get one of our wigs.  We have raised money and hair for many children across the USA.  To have someone like Barbara Saunders and Cheryl Saunders come in and abuse our staff and then purger themselves in court like they did is a shame to anyone that has suffered from Cancer and who is trying to live an honest life. 

Cheryl and Barbara Saunders are the 1 out of 50 clients that we serve that tend not to be the most honest consumer.  We cant expect everyone to be like our amazing beautiful God loving client that we care about so deeply.   But we will promise our clients this.  If they are  not happy we go above and beyond to help them.  Sometimes it takes longer than usual to have a piece made or repaired.  We have no control over what order your wig or piece is in.  If your buying a custom wig off the shelf remember:  "its impossible to make a custom wig in one day" IF you think that it was, then maybe its time to check the old IQ and return to reality to see if that would be even possible?  Common sense tells you that no one is able to make a all hand tied custom wig for a client in the span of 1 hr of the consultation.  Okay.  So I think that is all there is to say. I am forwarding this to all our clients so they have a chance to see the lower end of human nature and what humans are capable of saying and doing to cover up their skeletons.  We cant expect everyone we meet to be Angels.  Though we wish that were the case.
